The battery is probably not faulty. It is possible that a special charging mode has been activated (unintentionally).

The bike offers various charging modes, which can be set according to requirements:

- NORM: Normal charging

- FAST: Fast charging

- STORE (Storage): Charging to approx. 60% to store it for longer periods (for example in winter) - where can this mode be set?

- Long Life: In this mode, the battery charges at a lower charging current and always remains within a voltage range of 20 % to 80 %. This can extend the service life of the battery.

The charging indicator appears on the display as soon as the charger is connected to the E-Bike. The charging mode (NORM, FAST, STORE) can be selected with the plus/minus button and saved by pressing the selection rocker. The Long Life mode can be switched on or off using the light button.
