Can I contact a different Riese & Müller dealer to the one from whom I bought my bike?
Can I contact a different Riese & Müller dealer to the one from whom I bought my bike?

Basically, the Riese & Müller dealer from whom you bought the bike is your contractual partner and hence also your guarantor and first point of contact for service, maintenance and repair. However, you can also contact any other Riese & Müller dealer to sustain a claim against us as a manufacturer. You can find an overview of all the dealers in your area in the Dealer Search feature on our website.

Please use the Dealer Search to display a list of the dealers in your area. We would like to make you aware that all Riese & Müller dealers are authorised to handle warranty matters on your behalf, but only your contractual dealer is obliged to handle them. Other dealers may possibly charge you for doing so.

Dealers not listed in the Dealer Search feature on our website cannot make warranty claims against us. It is also not possible to have costs incurred by unlisted dealers reimbursed.

Work performed by unauthorised dealers can also have a negative impact on your warranty and guarantee claims.
