The RX Service ConnectCare Free can currently be activated for the following models: Delite5, Homage5, Superdelite5, Packster2 70 (with RX Chip), Packster2 70 CT, and models from the UBN Line. The bike must not be older than 42 months from the date of purchase.

If your bike is not one of the models listed above but has an RX Chip and was ordered after July 12, 2022, you may be eligible to book ConnectRide Free.
