Where can I see the status of my online shop order?

Updated this week

After placing your order in our online shop, your bike will be delivered within 12 to 14 working days after receipt of payment to your chosen service hub (or to your home for home delivery). The payment process requires an additional 2 to 4 working days.

During this time, you will be regularly informed about the progress of your order in your My Bike account.

The following notifications will be displayed to you:

1. Order received

Your order has been received by us. As soon as the payment has also been received, we will process the order further.

2. Payment received

Your payment has been received and could be assigned to your order. Your bike will now be prepared for shipping and will make its way to your selected service hub.

If you have chosen to have your bike sent to your home via home delivery, you will receive a link to track your order via email. Our shipping service provider will contact you in advance to plan the delivery and discuss individual circumstances.

3. Order complete

Your bike has been delivered to your selected service hub or to your home (depending on the chosen shipping option).

If the bike has been delivered to your selected service hub, it will now be prepared for you and your service hub will contact you as soon as you can pick it up.
