If your new bike simply switches off in the first few metres after delivery, it is probably still in transport mode. This means that the bike becomes unusable in the event of theft or loss during transport to the dealer.

Your dealer must deactivate transport mode before handing the bike over to you. If the bike has switched off shortly after starting, it is likely that transport mode is still activated.
