The Bike code
Updated this week

To find out when the bike you have ordered is expected to arrive at your dealer, please visit our website and scroll down a little on the homepage.

There you will find the field for entering the 8-digit Bike code.

You can also activate an automatic notification that will inform you if the announced date changes.

Please note that the automatic notification is not a tracking function where you can follow the progress of the individual production steps, but a delivery notification.

What exactly does the Bike code show me?

The bike code shows you the time frame in which your ordered bike is expected to be delivered to your dealer. Your dealer will then assemble the bike for you and carry out the final inspection.

This is non-binding information to give you an orientation. Please note that the time frame cannot be guaranteed and changes are possible due to various factors. You can find out more about this in the Help Centre article on delivery delays.

Your dealer will actively inform you as soon as your bike is ready for collection.

Is a Bike code assigned to each order?

If your bike is customised for you, a Bike code is assigned to your order.

This does not apply to orders in the online shop, orders for existing bikes via the dealer or for bikes from the factory sale.

Subscription bikes do not receive a wheel code either.

Where do I get the Bike code?

You can obtain the Bike code from your Riese & Müller dealer. Unfortunately, Riese & Müller cannot give you the Bike code.

Can Riese & Müller check the status of my order without a Bike code?

As bike orders are placed with us anonymously (without mentioning the customer's name) by our dealers, we are unfortunately unable to identify your order without the corresponding individual Bike code and therefore cannot provide you with any information about the delivery status.

For this reason, Riese & Müller cannot give you any information about your Bike code.

My Bike code is not working. What could be the reason?

Please make sure that you have the 8-digit wheel code and not the configuration code.

If your code is structured in this or a similar way, it is a configuration code:

F0XXXX_XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

The configuration code indicates which equipment features you selected when ordering your bike. However, it does not allow any individual conclusions to be drawn about your order and therefore cannot be used to query the production status.

If you have only received the configuration code or if entering the 8-digit Bike code does not produce a result, please contact your Riese & Müller dealer (see also Where can I get the Bike code).
