Please note that it is only possible to delete your My Bike account if no active service is booked. In this case, it is necessary to cancel the service first.
Furthermore, the cancellation of the My Bike account and the bikes registered in it will also result in the loss of any claims under the voluntary Riese & Müller warranty.
To delete your account, you can send us a message via our contact form.
Alternatively, you can submit a deletion request in our RX Connect app.
To do this, click on the Settings menu item (cogwheel symbol).
The menu item "Account" appears in the menu under "General settings & help".
Here you will find the option to delete the account.
