To add a bike in the browser, please log in to your My Bike account first.

Please log in to your My Bike account to do this. To add the bike, click on the button with the bike symbol and ‘Add bike’. An input mask for the data of the new bike will open.

If there is already a bike in your account and you would like to add another one, please click on the ‘Add bike’ button at the top right of the screen.

If you want to remove a bike you registered in your account because it is no longer in your possession, you will find instructions on how to delete it here.

To add a bike in the app, please download the RX Connect app onto your smartphone and log in using the login details for your My Bike account.

As soon as you have logged in to the app, a field for registering your bike will open automatically.

To add a further bike in the app, please click on "Settings" (cogwheel symbol).

Select "Add another bike" from the menu.

You can now enter the details of your new bike here. Click on the "Register bike" button to finalise the process.
