The free RX Connect app is the mobile cockpit for your Riese & Müller bike: you can keep an eye on all the data in your My Bike service platform and find dealers or workshops near you. If you have booked an RX Service, the RX Connect app connects you to your bike: it shows its location, routes ridden and comprehensive riding statistics – reliably recorded on the bike via GPS. If required, you can secure it with a digital motion alarm.
Please note: push notifications and geolocation services need to be activated to use these features. The RX Connect app requires iOS 13 or Android 10.0 or later, and is available in German, English, Dutch, French, Italian and Spanish.
The cockpit
With UBN bikes, the RX Connect app can also be used as a bike computer on the handlebar. This means you always have your speed and performance data in view while riding. You can access more detailed riding statistics, including GPS data, at a later stage. The app thus provides all the features of a conventional e-bike display. Your My Bike account provides more information on the ConnectRide RX Service.
Our bikes with alternative systems also have a cockpit that displays the bike speed. This data is obtained from the motion sensor on your smartphone.
