The free RX Connect app is the mobile cockpit for your Riese & Müller bike: you can keep an eye on all the data in your My Bike account and find specialist dealers or workshops in your area. If you have booked RX Service, the RX Connect app connects you with your bike: It shows its location, tours ridden and extensive riding statistics - reliably recorded by GPS in the bike. If you wish, you can secure it with a digital motion alarm.
Please note: Push notifications and location services must be activated to use these features. The RX Connect app requires iOS 13, Android 11.0 or newer and is available in German, English, Dutch, French, Italian and Spanish.
The cockpit
UBN Bikes
On UBN bikes, the RX Connect app is also the bike computer on the handlebars. Using the SP Connect interface on the stem, your smartphone can be easily and securely attached to the bike with the corresponding cover.
The app connects to the bike via Bluetooth and thus obtains the required riding data. This means you can always keep an eye on your speed and performance data while riding. The app therefore offers all the functions of a conventional e-bike display.
If an RX service is booked for the bike, many other useful functions are available to you, such as the digital bike alarm, tracking and even more comprehensive riding statistics.
Bosch and Pinion bikes
Our bikes with Bosch or Pinion systems also have a cockpit that displays the speed. Here, the data is obtained from your smartphone's motion sensor. Here too, additional app functions can be activated by booking an RX service.
