This service grants access to all features of the RX Connect App: from theft protection via GPS tracking and motion alarm to personalized ride statistics.

All bikes equipped with an RX Chip and ordered after July 12, 2022, are eligible for ConnectRide Free. The relevant date is when your dealer placed the production order with us, not the date you received your bike or signed the purchase contract.

This service provides access to all features of the RX Connect App and offers comprehensive insurance coverage: from theft protection with replacement service to coverage for wear-and-tear parts or damage from accidents, your e-bike is fully protected.

The following models are eligible for ConnectCare Free: Delite5, Homage5, Superdelite5, Packster2 70 (with RX Chip), Packster2 70 CT, and models from the UBN Line. The bikes must not be older than 42 months from the date of purchase.
