Changing an order

Your order can no longer be changed after you have placed a binding order. If you wish to receive a bike other than the one ordered, the order must be cancelled and a new order created.

Cancellation of an order

Cancellation is possible up to 14 days after receipt of the bike.

How do I submit a cancellation?

The easiest and quickest way to submit a cancellation is via our returns form.

You can find the form here:

  1. Log in to your My Bike account.

  2. Go to the ‘Orders’ tab.

  3. Select the order you wish to cancel.

There you will find the ‘Returns’ option - click on it to fill out the corresponding returns form and submit your cancellation.

If you do not yet have the information required to complete the form, you can alternatively send us your cancellation by email.
