After placing your order in our online shop, your bike will be delivered within 12 to 14 working days after receipt of payment to your chosen service hub (or to your home for home delivery). The payment process requires an additional 2 to 4 working days.
During this time, you will be regularly informed about the progress of your order in your My Bike account.
The following notifications will be displayed to you:
1. Order received
Your order has been received by us. As soon as the payment has also been received, we will process the order further.
2. Payment received
Your payment has been received and successfully linked to your order. Your bike is now being prepared for dispatch and is on its way to your chosen service hub.
If you have your bike delivered to your home via Home Delivery, you will receive an email containing a link to track your order. Our delivery partner will contact you in good time before delivery to arrange the handover and discuss any specific requirements.
Please note:
You will not receive a further status update once your bike is ready for collection.
Once the bike has been delivered to your chosen Service Hub, it will be prepared for you there and your Service Hub will contact you directly as soon as you can collect it.
3. Order completed
Four weeks after we have dispatched your bike, the status will automatically change to "Order completed".
Other possible status messages
Order cancelled
If you have cancelled your order yourself or if the payment did not reach us in time (10 days after the order was placed), this status message will appear.
Order returned
If the bike is returned, this status will appear.
Please note that the status of your order does not provide detailed tracking of your bike.
Where can I view the status of my order?
My Bike Account
You can view the status of your Online Shop order at any time in your personal My Bike area.
To do so, log in to your My Bike account and then go to Orders:
Email Confirmation
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Please note that the status display in your My Bike account can only be accessed for orders placed in our online shop. For orders placed with your dealer, the expected delivery date can be checked using the bike code.
