Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Amex) or SEPA direct debit.

If you pay by credit card, you will be charged for the first month immediately after conclusion of the contract. If you pay by SEPA direct debit, our payment service provider ‘Stichting Mollie Payments’ will collect the amount from your bank account by direct debit within the next few days.

Payments are made on a monthly basis for all new contracts or actively renewed contracts.

Existing contracts for the ConnectCare 1.0 and ConnectRide 1.0 tariffs will continue to be billed annually
