We cannot guarantee prompt processing of theft reports sent by email or via the contact form.
If your bike is stolen, it will be located using its RX Chip and, if possible, recovered. If your bike cannot be found, is damaged after it has been recovered, or if parts have been stolen, you will receive a bike of equal value, a free repair, or the missing spare parts replaced.
