The payment modalities of our RX Service have been adapted to the applicable consumer protection law in Germany. The fees for all services that are newly concluded or actively extended will now be debited monthly (in advance). Other billing intervals are excluded.
You can identify the contracts by the word ‘Abo’ in the product name.
A minimum term of one year applies to these contracts. At the end of this year, the term is automatically extended by a further month unless the service is cancelled (The cancellation period is just one month).
The advantage for you is that you no longer have to actively worry about renewing your contract in future, but at the same time you have a very flexible cancellation option after the minimum term has expired.
This means that you no longer have to take care of your contract at all until you no longer need it.
