Will I be notified in time about the end of the RX services?

For contracts that do not automatically renew, automatic reminder emails will be sent four and two weeks before the expiration of the current booking period to extend the RX service.

In addition, a reminder will be sent 14 days before expiration as a push notification* through our RX Connect app. A second push notification will also be sent once the service has actually expired.

Please note that there is no comparison with already made follow-up bookings before sending the reminders.

You can simply ignore the reminders if you have already extended your service.

The highlighted red note in your user account will appear until the new service is active.

* Push notifications are currently only available on iOS.
