If something has broken on your vehicle outside of the statutory warranty and you would like to have a goodwill solution checked due to special circumstances, please contact your Riese & Müller dealer.
Your dealer knows the individual condition, use and maintenance history of your bike and is therefore best placed to assess whether there is a justified reason for a goodwill claim with the respective component manufacturer or directly with Riese & Müller.
In this case, they will liaise directly with Riese & Müller and/or the component manufacturer in order to clarify your request in the best possible way
We assure you that every goodwill request submitted to us by one of our dealers will be examined fairly and as quickly as possible.
Please note that direct goodwill processing between you as the customer and Riese & Müller as the vehicle manufacturer is not possible
