You can check the version of the app installed on your smartphone in two different ways, both for iOS and Android operating systems. These are described below:
Android
Variant 1: Google Play Store
Open the Google Play Store and search for the RX Connect App.
Tap on the app to open the detail page.
There is a button located there:
If it says Update or Update via Google Play Store, an update is available - please update the app.
If it says Open, the app is already updated.
Variant 2: Using device settings
Open the Settings on your Android device.
Go to Apps or Apps & Notifactions (varies depending on the device)
Tap on Show all apps (if necessary) and search for the RX Connect app.
Tap on the app to view more information, such as the installed version. The version number is usually located at the end of the list.
iOS
Variant 1: Apple App Store
Open the Apple App Store and search for the RX Connect App.
Tap on the app to open the datailed view.
There is a blue button located there:
If Update is displayed, an update is available - please update the app.
If Open is displayed, the app is already updated.
Variant 2: Using the iPhone Settings
Open the Settings of your iPhone.
Go to General > iPhone Storage.
Find the RX Connect App in the list and tap on it
