Check your Bluetooth settings: Make sure Bluetooth is switched on in your smartphone’s settings.
Restart the app and your smartphone: Close the app and restart your smartphone before trying to connect again.
Remove the Bluetooth connection and pair again: Go to your Bluetooth settings, ‘forget’ the bike and pair it again. Please refer to the following articles for guidance
