Fixing problems with the connection to the Fazua Bike

Basic steps for connection:

  • Activate Bluetooth and authorisations: Make sure Bluetooth on your mobile device is turned on and that the RX Connect app has the necessary Bluetooth and location permissions.

  • Restart app and device: Close the RX Connect app and restart your mobile device before trying to connect again.

  • Enter pairing code: If the connection fails with the pairing code displayed, check that you have selected the correct bike.

  • Remove bike from known Bluetooth devices: Remove the UBN Bike in the Bluetooth settings of your device and pair it again if connection problems occur.

Switch between different apps:

  • Use other apps: If you also want to connect the Fazua Bike to other apps, remove it from the list of known devices before switching. This applies if the connection with the RX Connect app is not established immediately.

  • Priority of the last connected app: The last connected app is always prioritised. To avoid connection problems, remove the bike from the system settings when switching between apps.

If the problem persists, please contact our support team. Please provide as many details as possible, such as the model of the bike, the software version and the version of the Fazua app you are using.
