My bike with the Bosch Smart System won't connect to the app. What can I do?

Updated over a week ago

App permissions: Make sure the app has Bluetooth and location permissions.

Pairing mode: Make sure the bike is in pairing mode. To connect to the app for the first time, press and hold the power button to activate the bike's pairing mode. We explain how to establish pairing mode in detail here.

Software check: Make sure that the software on your Bosch bike is up to date, as outdated software can impair connectivity (see compatibility table).

Distance: Stay close to your bike during pairing. Bluetooth range is limited, and if you move too far away, the connection may be disrupted.

Background processes: Other devices or applications that use Bluetooth and are running in the background may interfere with the connection. Close them and try again.

What can I do if none of these solutions work?
