Keep your smartphone close to the vehicle when connecting it.

Before connecting, ensure that your eBike is switched on and stationary.

Also ensure that your smartphone is connected to the internet and that Bluetooth is switched on. 

Make sure that the RX Connect app has the necessary Bluetooth and location permissions. 

Press the power button on your bike's control unit until the LED flashes. In the RX Connect app, click on "Connect bike" in the speedometer screen.
