Further the bike must not be older than 42 months from the date of purchase.
If your bike meets these criteria and you are still unable to book the service, please contact our Customer Care.
If your bike is not one of the listed above but has an RX Chip and was ordered after July 12, 2022, you may be eligible to book ConnectRide Free.
