The RX Service ConnectCare Free can currently be activated for specific models.

Further the bike must not be older than 42 months from the date of purchase.
If your bike meets these requirements and you are still unable to make a booking, please contact us via the chat function in the RX Connect app (Settings > Help > Contact > Send us a message).
If your bike is not one of the listed above but has an RX Chip and was ordered after July 12, 2022, you may be eligible to book ConnectRide Free.
